- Who do you usually work with?
- Founders, product managers, and small design teams — usually people who have a product live (or close to it) and a nagging sense that something in the experience is getting in the way.
- What's the difference between the audit and the workshop?
- The audit is me, reviewing one of your flows and reporting back on what's working and what to fix first. The workshop is us, working through a problem together with your team so everyone leaves aligned. Audits suit a second opinion; workshops suit a decision.
- Is the intro call really free?
- Yes. It's a 30-minute call to talk through your situation and figure out whether — and how — I can help. There's no obligation to book anything after it.
- How does payment work?
- Paid sessions are handled through Wix's secure checkout when you book. The free intro call needs no payment at all — you just pick a time.
- Do you do long-term or retainer engagements?
- The sessions here are the front door. If it turns out you need something more sustained, we can talk about it on a call — but there's no pressure to commit to anything beyond a single session.
- What do I need to prepare?
- Nothing formal. Bring the product, the problem, and whoever needs to be in the room. I'd rather see the real thing than a tidied-up version of it.
